The cooperative structure
Revolution LCA is a worker-owned limited cooperative association. One member, one vote. Earnings distributed based on labor contributed, not capital held. Members own the work, govern the direction, and share in what the group builds. Our structure follows the seven cooperative principles.

Democratic governance, meaningful problems, and autonomy over how the work gets done. The people doing the engineering decide what the cooperative takes on.

Since we rely on open source, we're dedicated to making sure those projects remain safe to use. Compute and engineering time go back into the projects we build on.
